Jars of Happiness

I do so dislike following trendy trends of any sort, but I really do like this jar thing that's going on. I've always loved cool bottles and jars... When you think about it it's kind of a weird thing to be into, but it's common enough to not be weird I guess. Whatever.
So I decided to make these for Eid last week. The contents are layers of (from the bottom up) cake, custard, strawberries, spanspek and fresh cream. Think they turned out fairly well :)

I'm not usually one for soppyness, but I thought this was quite cool. I always love it when you can trace back events and see how everything happened the way it did to lead to a happy end result :)
It re-affirms my belief that everything happens for a reason.

Wolf and Moon
