5 happy things

This little guy that I found in a packet of spinach!

Crossing stuff off my to-do list. I've been trying to get more organised and actually do stuff instead of looking at my list of things to do and feeling overwhelmed. I use some apps and sites to help me, and a little system of sorts, which I'll share with you in a post soon :) Coz it really feels great to start getting shit done!

This oh-so pretty collar that I picked up from Davey Darling at the I Heart Market. Have been after one like this for ages, so stoked!

And this comic from one of my favourite comic series ever! They're kinda dark, but I find them really funny.

So I've been doing a lot of this...

...lately, and so my time has been spread rather thin. Part of what's on my to-do list is some cool new stuff for this here bloggy, but it's all taking a lot of time! So posts may be a little less frequent for a little while, but brought to you with no less passion :)

If you don't have plans for the weekend, think about what makes you feel happy and peaceful, and go do it, coz it's...

HandyMaiden makes the cutest animals!

I love these super-cute creations by Danielle Pedersen from San Diego, California. Her Etsy shop, HandyMaiden, is full of these medals, pendants, miniature totems and collectables that are sculpted out of polymer clay and hand-painted. 

Spookasem

This is one of my favourite things and favourite words :)

For those who don't know, "spookasem" is Afrikaans for candy floss or cotton candy. It's a lovely word because it literally translates to ghost breath. What a beautiful, eloquent word.
